Business Goals You Can’t Live Without

In my opinion there are four letters that no business cannot live without if concerning long term goals. They are S.S.P.G ( Service, Social, Profit and, Growth). No one likes to go into a place where there are rude employees. By keeping on-going customers you must have A customer service. Also, everyone love to see companies volunteer to the needed, such as disaster relief victims or the sick and elderly. Not only giving to the community will help give a helping hand it will also help get your company’s name well known. Next, everyone want to make a profit. It is very important to know what areas of percentage you can make some cash from. Not knowing will result in to major failure in your business. As stated earlier if you volunteer this can help your company’s name become very well known and grow faster. If you company becomes well know you get more customer and more employees with all falls back to the Four letters.
You also, cannot live without short term goals which are S.M.A.R.T (Specific, Measurable, Action Oriented, Realistic, and Time Specific). Being specific is very important to all companies and it customers, objectives need to be concrete (not as abstract as your long-term aims) and highly detailed. Measurable is when you put a figure or value amount, such as a dollar amount or percentage to the objective. Action Oriented or being Organized is when you lay out which actions need to be taken by which people. Without this goal your business will fall apart before you can get it off the ground. Be realistic by making goals challenging, but consider your resources so that you can actually achieve them reasonably. Most importantly, be time specific, getting everything did on or before deadline date will help make things run smoothly. What’s 1 more click? Your boss isn’t watching… Oh Yeah….The S.M.A.R.T.
